Topsoil was stripped and stockpiled on-site for future reinstatement. Uncompacted fill was excavated and reengineered through placement of controlled lifts, forming a stable subgrade for the proposed building. Imported clean fill was utilized to complete the structural pad. Two bioswales and a stormwater management pond were constructed to facilitate surface runoff.
