Grading of phase 2 & 3 of this Ajax subdivision began in April 2010. Topsoil was stripped, lots and roads were graded to the designed pre-grade. Due to the shortage of material on site, clean fill had to be imported to finish the grading. The grading was completed ahead of schedule allowing the servicing contractor to start on time.
