This subdivision in Thorold, Ontario was graded in 2009. The owner wanted the site graded by the fall of the year so that he could arrange for a sewer crew to start underground work and continue through the winter months.

Roads and lots were graded to a determined pre-grade. Excavation of a storm water management pond and permanent water channel was necessary to handle the site drainage. A future park area was graded and topsoil placed to finished grade.

Ultimately Nellis Construction completed all of the required earth excavation on time, allowing the owner to arrange for servicing.
