Construction of this rural estate subdivision began in 2014. Topsoil was stripped and placed into piles to be used by the landscape crew. A storm water management facility was constructed to control surface water run-off. The roads were shaped, gravel was placed and a base coat of asphalt was applied. The landscape crew placed sod in the ditches and planted trees & shrubs around the storm water management pond.
