Grading of this industrial lot in Milton began in 2019.

Existing topsoil was stripped and exported off-site in preparation for site development. Two engineered water channels were constructed to manage on-site drainage. Additionally, three stormwater management ponds were developed to accommodate major storm events. Internal roadways were rough-graded and aligned to tie into the existing municipal road network. Clean fill material was imported and placed to achieve design grades for the development of four large-scale industrial buildings.
