Site grading for the industrial park located in Acton commenced in 2017. The scope of the project included the construction of internal roads, lot grading to prepare for future development, and the installation of a stormwater management pond. The pond was designed to retain runoff and was lined with cable concrete and a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) liner to ensure long-term water retention and minimize seepage.
